Reading City Football Club is pleased to announce that our Under 13 Athletic side competing in the Oxfordshire Youth Football League have secured the club’s first piece of silverware this season having been crowned winners of the Autumn Under 13 Division B.

Our youngsters have secured promotion to Division A in dramatic style, winning 9 games out of 9

Club Chairman, Martin Law had this to say: “Here at Reading City Football Club we are proud to offer our youngsters a fun, safe and inclusive environment for them to play and develop in and each season we see the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in our youth section from the managers, coaches, players and parents rewarded with fantastic achievements like this.

A huge well-done to Jamie and his Under 13s on securing the club’s first silverware of the season. The players are a credit to the club, themselves and their parents and they should be extremely proud to have secured promotion undefeated. Having worked hard during the summer to rebuild the squad, this is a fantastic achievement for everyone involved.”
