Reading City Football Club is delighted to announce Fanbase as our brand new ticketing partner as we look to take our fan experience to the next level!
Fanbase is a ticketing and fan experience platform and can be used on Apple and Android devices as well as via app.fanbaseclub.com, and will become the club’s new online ticketing portal offering individual match tickets, season tickets and memberships.
Our new partnership offers the City Faithful a brand new streamlined digital experience and introduces a whole host of new features including a digital wallet, exclusive content and the ability to easily purchase tickets and packages for fixtures and events within seconds.
Fanbase is set to elevate the experience for our Supporters, making interacting with the club easier for fans whilst streamlining operations for the club, including communicating with supporters by sending integrated push notifications all at the push of a button.

As we’ve already announced. Reading City Football Club has ceased operations with current provider, Ticketpass.
